Enjoy freshly made sandwiches, followed by a selection of warm scones served with clotted cream and homemade strawberry compote, accompanied with a selection of cakes, sweet pastries and freshly made tea with complimentary refills on request.
“Booked in for afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my wife. She had been given a voucher as birthday present. Lovely welcome at Reception and we were showed into the Lounge where a table had been set up for two. Menus and a birthday card were already set up and we had a very pleasant tea. Chose the White Tea from an extensive collection of teas and had finger sandwiches on a variety of bread. There was a Vegetarian option but we had Salmon, Ham, Chicken and Egg. Two types of Scone each with Jam and Cream and to finish a selection of delicate light cakes. We had three cakes left over which were boxed up for us to take away.
